Volkswagen Valet Key Alarm

The key broke off the remote a month or so ago po didn t have the second remote so i have been using the remote to lock unlock the car and the valet key to drive it.

If you don t visit your local dealer for options. I only have the valet key. When i unlock the driver side door with either key engine does not start and alarm goes off immediately.

The process for programming these remotes is the same no matter what volkswagen model you have. From searching the forums i assume i have 15 seconds from opening door and i am well within 15 seconds. I removed the fuses indicated with a key and tried to stat it agian. Depending on your model you may or may not be aware that there is a key inside your key fob.

I have lost one master key and one is broken. The door opens but alarm sounds and the car will not star. Car does not start with either main key or valet.
